The American Arbitration Association—in conjunction with lawyers and construction industry professionals who specialize in construction mega projects—has established a unique panel of construction arbitrators and mediators.
- This special panel is comprised of the top construction arbitrators as rated by counsel on construction mega projects based on their credentials and experience.
- The rating committee is a diverse group of advocates and in-house counsel representing owners, contractors, design professionals and insurers with experience in disputes arising out of significant construction and infrastructure projects.
- The AAA also provides executive facilitation of these disputes by construction division vice presidents and directors.
